It isn't. This item is a normal stock standard sticker and once attached to the wall will pull off paint. It will be extremly hard to use on windows as again, removing it will be a nightmare. The only option is to stick it to cardboard backing, cut it out and then attach to the wall with blue tack. This is time consuming and not what why it was purchased! Very disappointed that this product isn't what they say it is. I purchased this item because it said REUSEABLE. It isn’t. This item is a normal stock standard sticker and once attached to the wall will pull off paint. I really like the wall decoration stickers. It dresses up the house without putting a lot of decorations all over the place. It brightens up any room even if you don’t have space to decorate.
